ACH Account Information/Direct Deposit Form
Complete this form and take it to your employer’s payroll department to request direct deposit of your payroll into your Taylor Credit Union account.
This form can also be used if you need to verify your account information for a merchant.
Incoming Wire Information
If you are requesting funds from someone via a wire, you can provide the individual with the Incoming Wire Information.
Outgoing Wire Information
If you are looking to send funds via a wire, you can complete the Outgoing Wire Form and bring it into our Medford or Abbotsford location. Wires must be completed in person and can not be faxed or emailed to Taylor Credit Union.
